How much does shipping cost?
Plant orders have shipping rates starting at $15.95, with an additional $1 for each extra plant. We recommend purchasing 'Additional Packing Materials' if daytime temperatures are below 50 degrees. We ship via USPS and UPS.
How do you pack your plants?
Plants are shipped in their grow pots. We wrap the soil with slightly damp sphagnum moss to prevent spills, then carefully wrap the plant with foam and packaging paper. For rooted cuttings, the rooted part is also wrapped in damp sphagnum moss before being secured.
Do you offer a heat pack in the winter?
Yes, we offer heat packs for purchase. We recommend using a heat pack if daytime temperatures are below 50 degrees.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.
Can I pick up locally?
Yes! Please email us after placing your order to arrange a convenient pickup time.
Do you have a storefront?
No, we operate as a home-based business.
Do you grow your own plants?
Yes, most of our plants available for sale are propagated and grown from our home. We also work with selective local and private growers.
What’s your plant warranty?
We offer a 5-day plant warranty (store credit or replacement) after delivery, as long as plants remain in their original pot and substrate. If re-potted, the warranty is void. If you suspect your plant is unhealthy upon delivery, contact us immediately with pictures, and do not remove the plant from its pot.
What is your shipping policy?
We carefully pack your plants for safe delivery. If they arrive dead or in poor condition, please email us with photos right away so we can address the issue and determine if a claim needs to be filed. Email us at help@ivyplants.shop.
