I've dealt with anxiety my whole adult life, and it got worse when I became a single parent and had to handle everything. It's overwhelming and hard to manage daily life when anxiety hits. So, I make it a habit to write a gratitude list. It helps me appreciate the little things that bring me joy and release my thoughts through writing, which is important to me as an introvert and for managing my anxiety.
