- If your plants arrive dead or in bad conditions, please send us an email with few photos attached to how they arrived immediately. So we can figure out what we need to do if we need to file a claim with the shipping company or if the damage was on our end.

We do our best to carefully pack your plants so they will arrive in good condition.
But please keep in mind that shipping to areas with high or low temperatures could damage the plant. IvyPlants.SHOP will not be liable for any Weather, Shipping Damages & Shipment delays. Unfortunately, we can not control these unfortunate situations.
If your plants arrive dead or in bad conditions, please send us an email with a photo attached of how they arrived immediately. So we can figure out what we need to do if we need to file a claim with the shipping company or if the damage was on our end.
