Due to the limited inventory availability, we do not accept returns or cancelations after placing an order.
- What is your shipping policy?
We do our best to carefully pack your plants so they will arrive in good condition. But please remember that shipping to areas with high or low temperatures could damage the plant. IvyPlants.SHOP will not be liable for any Weather, Shipping Damages & Shipment delays. Unfortunately, we can not control these unfortunate situations.
- If your plants arrive dead or in bad condition, please email us a few photos of how they came immediately. So we can figure out what we need to do if we file a claim with the shipping company or if the damage was on our end.
