  • How much does the shipping cost?

Plant orders:

Rates starts at $14 and +$2 for each additional plant.

- We suggest purchasing 'Additional Packing Materials' if daytime temperatures are below 50 degrees.

We ship USPS and UPS every Monday and Tuesday.

If we ship your order Friday or Saturday, you can expect to receive your plant by Monday or Tuesday.

  • How do you pack your plants? 

Plants are ship with their grow pots.
We carefully wrap the soil with slightly damp sphagnum moss and tape it over to prevent any soil from spilling out. We then carefully wrap the entire plant with a foam roll and packaging paper.

For rooted cuttings: 

The rooted part will be wrap with damp sphagnum moss. We then carefully wrap the entire plant with a foam roll and packaging paper.

  •  Do you offer a heat pack in the winter?

Yes, we do. 

We suggest to purchase a heat pack if day time temperature are below 50 degrees. 

  • Do you ship internationally? 

Unfortunately, we do not.  

  • Can I pick up locally? 

Yes, send us an email after you place your order so we can arrange time for pick up.

  • Do you have a storefront?

No. We are a home-based business.

  • Do you grow your your own plants?

We work with a few selective local growers and private growers across the country.
The only plant we grow in the house is Peperomia Prostrata, also known as String of Turtles.

  • What’s your plant  warranty?

- We offer a 10-day plant warranty (store credit or plant replacement) after delivery, providing the plants have not been remove from the original pot and substrate. If you do choose to re-pot your plant, it will void our warranty.

If you suspect your plant is in unhealthy condition after delivery, please do not remove the plant from the original pot and substrate, but contact us immediately, proving with pictures.

- Due to the limited availability in inventory, we do not accept returns or cancelations after an order is placed.

- If your plants arrive dead or bad conditions, please send us an email with few  photos attached of how it arrived immediately. So we can figure out what we need to do if we need to file a claim with the shipping company or if the damage was on our end.

  • What is your shipping policy?

We do our best to carefully pack your plants so they will arrive in good condition but if your plants arrive dead or bad conditions, please send us an email with a photo attached of how it arrived immediately. So we can figure out what we need to do if we need to file a claim with the shipping company or if the damage was on our end.
